Party fruit cocktail
Every party needs a fruit cocktail, whether the cocktail is alcoholic or non-alcoholic. This recipe you are about to try is a traditional non-alcoholic fruit punch. Use fresh fruits that are in season for this punch and make sure that you chop the fruits small.
Place the gingerale, lemonade, pineapple juice and lemon squash into a large bucket. Scoup the passionfruit pulp and add it to the soft drink. Cut the cantaloupe, pineapple, and watermelon, strawberries, apple and pear into small dice and add the chopped fruit into the soft drink. Pick the mint off the stalks and slice the mint and add into the soft drink. Mix the punch well and place the desired amount of fruit punch into your punch bowl and add some ice cubes.
6 passionfruit
½ cantaloupe
¼ watermelon
½ pineapple
20 strawberries
1 apple
1 pear
2 by 30 ounce gingerale
2 by 30 ounce lemonade
2 by 30 ounce pineapple juice
2 by 30 ounce lemon squash
¼ bunch chopped mint
½ bag of ice cubes
Time to make 20 minutes Serves approx. 40 cups
