This is a cocktail recipe that my friend Morty and I created on summer holiday trip to the islands. We grew tired of beer and Jim Beam, so a quick trip to the liquor store fixed our troubles. It took us a number of attempts to get the right mix of all the ingredients, but eventually we found the right mix. We still enjoyed all the rejected ones.

Add the frangellico, baileys and kaluha into a bar blender and add the milk and cream. Blend all these ingredients together for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the honey, ice cubes and drinking chocolate and blend for about 3 to 4 minutes or until all the ice cubes are crushed. Pour the cocktail into martini glasses and dust half the top of the cocktail with ground nutmeg.

3 ounce Frangellico Liquor

3 ounce Baileys Liquor

3 ounce Kaluha

3 ounces milk

3 ounces cream

1 tablespoon honey

10 ice cubes

1 tablespoon chocolate drinking powder

½ teaspoon nutmeg

Time to make 5 minutes Serves 2 cocktails
