Low fat pizza
We all love to eat pizza, but usually it is the greasy high fat kind of pizza. Through away those pizza coupons and have a go at this pizza recipe. It may take you longer than a phone call and a quick drive down to the pizza shop, but it is worth the time.
Mix the yeast with the sugar and one teaspoon of warm water. Add the yeast mixture to the whole meal and soya flour. Add the salt, olive oil and wheat bran. Add the water and kneed into a soft dough. Leave the dough covered until it doubles in size. This may take 45 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 and roll out into thin circles. About eight inch. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Slice up the basil. Heat olive oil in a fry pan and add chopped onion and garlic. Fry for 2 minutes then add the chopped tomatos. Add 1 cup of water and the chopped basil, sugar and simmer for five minutes. Add your cool sauce onto the rolled out pizza base spreading the sauce to the edge. For your topping, wash the mushrooms and slice. Slice capsicum, tomatos and onion and place them around the pizza base. Grate low fat mozzarella cheese over the top and bake in a oven at 375 F for 8 to 10 minutes. Take out of the oven, place onto a chopping board and slice, ready to eat.
