Spaghetti Bolognaise

Spaghetti Bolognaise is one of those dishes that every body loves. For lunch, dinner or a snack, this Bolognaise recipe will satisfy any hunger cravings.

Heat a medium size cooking pot and add the oil. Dice the onion and the garlic and fry until brown. Add the ground beef and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the pizza sauce, tomato paste and tomato sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the dried herbs and the cheddar cheese.

Boil a pot of water and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. This will stop the spaghetti form sticking together when cooking. Place the spaghetti into the water and cook until the spaghetti is soft. Fresh spaghetti will take about 3-4 minutes to cook. Dried spaghetti will take around 12 minutes to cook.

Place the freshly cooked spaghetti into your pasta bowl and spoon some of the Bolognaise sauce over the pasta. Place the shaved Parmesan cheese over the ground beef sauce.

1 pound fresh spaghetti

2 pounds ground beef

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 onion

1 teaspoon dried herbs

4 cups rich pizza sauce

1 tablespoon tomato paste

¼ cup tomato sauce

½ cup grated cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon shaved Parmesan cheese

 

Time to make 45 minutes Serves 8
