Ground beef burgers
This ground beef recipe is a good one for when you have the munchies. It has a great big ground beef patty with all the trimmings. When I am really hungry, I can usually eat all of this burger and some chips. You may find that the size of this burger is too big. If so, cut down the size of the ground beef patty and add less of everything else.
Place the ground beef into a small stainless steel bowl. Dice half the onion and add to the ground beef with 3 eggs and the bar-b-q sauce. Mix well and leave aside.
Butter the bread roll and toast under a hot grill. Take the toasted bread roll and place the lettuce on top with the sliced tomato, and grated carrot. Slice the rest of the onion and cook on the grill with the bacon and 1 egg. Place the ground beef patty on the grill and cook for 6 minutes. Place the cooked beef patty on top of the salad on your toasted bun and add the cooked bacon, onion and egg to top it off.
