Tropical Pina Colada
Ever sat on the edge of the pool in summer and though to yourself how nice a cool cocktail would be. Well this Pina Colada recipe is just the answer. The tropical taste of this cocktail will take your taste buds to a tropical island far away and back with just a few sips.
To make the pina-colada mix, add the freshly squeezed pineapple juice and coconut cream together into a blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes. When the pina-colada mix starts to froth, add the light white rum and further blend for another 2 minutes. You can add the ice into the pina-colda mix while blending or pour the mix into a glass with ice already in the bottom.
Garnish your drink with a small slice of pineapple and a sugared cherry on a toothpick. Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over half the top of the drink.
For a variation to this cocktail drink, add any of the following and blend them together to make a smooth mix for that lazy Sunday afternoon refreshment by the pool.
